Indicators from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority show that the market is heating up… In March 2021:
• Visitor Volume increased by 45.7%
• McCarran Airport Traffic increased by 24.7%
• Midweek Hotel Occupancy reached 47.8%
• Weekend Hotel Occupancy reached 77.7%
With restrictions being lifted and more visitors coming back to Las Vegas, overall High Rise inventory has dropped by over 40% since February as demand and buyer activity continues to increase.
